Windows (ERROR): "No software will be installed or removed"

When I try to run the MotorLab program I get an error saying "No software will be installed or removed" What is wrong?

This message indicates that the MotorLab software is already sucessfully installed on your computer. You can find the app under Motorlab in the Start menu, by searching for "MotorLab" in the search box next to the start menu, or by clicking the MotorLab icon on the desktop. Do not try to run the "Motorlab_2021_setup" again.

If you cannot locate the MotorLab program in the start menu, please uninstall all previous installed versions of MotorLab using "Apps and Features" and try to reinstall MotorLab from the setup file

Mac: The "Feedback" lab won't let me finish.

When running the "Feedback / Knowledge of Results" lab, I get to the instructions page for Condition 6, but there is no "OK" button and I cannot continue.

We have fixed this bug in an updated version. Please go to the Downloads page and install the latest version of MotorLab.

Windows (ERROR): "LabVIEW: (Hex 0xF) Resource not found. lvanlys.dll"

When I try to run the MotorLab program I get an error saying "LabVIEW: (Hex 0xF) Resource not found: lvanlys.dll; "

This error stems from an incompatibility with certain AMD Ryzen processors.

Try the following steps to resolve the issue:

1. Uninstall MotorLab, download the latest 32-bit Windows Version from the downloads page and re-install this version.

2. If it still does not work you may need to try installing MotorLab on a friend or family member's computer instead - as there seems to be an unknown compatibility issue.

MotorLab is asking for a license code
The original license for MotorLab expired on May 1, 2021. We have provided a patch file to extend the license until August 1, 2021. Please visit the Downloads page to download and install the patch. If needed see the installation instructions for Mac (steps 11-16) or Windows (steps 8-10)
The Patch program says "No license file found"

Please make sure to install MotorLab first and to try to run it at least one time. Refer to the installation instructions for more information.
